transition
We transition through grief and love all throughout our lives—no beginning and no end.
The body remembers it in tears and contraction, and because of it our minds are reminded of the risk of loving someone who will one day transition from life to death. Maybe overalls wouldn’t be your first choice of uniform, however moving within the confines of life and death usually requires some extra comfort and flexibility.
Button up, its time for some loving work!
No one just disappears into thin air, they transition. Our souls know each departed loved one is still with us even if we can't comprehend how. Their existence lives on in memories and the unseen web of interconnectedness, and they show themselves to us in the physical and energetic reality.
Fine tune your awareness and suddenly they're all around. Maybe the name of a great grandpa you never met appears in your dreams. Then every family member starts reminiscing about your departed aunt. Did you just hear someone say something a lost friend always echoed?
Our dearly departed want to guide us through the grief, the joy, and the purpose of our lives. All we must do is transition into a new way of hearing and loving them. When we do, their deaths amplify the love all around us.
Life and death is beautiful, overall.
THE PRAYER
I wear a uniform of love from the beyond, and welcome the grief that will bring more joy into my life.
