Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Original artwork, prints, and other items are packaged carefully to protect them during transit. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Swamp Sprouts is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Swamp Sprouts is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of original artwork and small-batch products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Please read product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to find a fair solution, which may include replacement or repair when possible.
