Swamp Sprouts is a nature-rooted creative practice born in 2020, when my intuition and inner child finally met at the canvas. What began as painting bug-eyed mushrooms on wood slices became a slow, spiraling return to myself — and to the Earth.

I work with both digital and traditional mediums, often guided by what the land is whispering that day. My process is deeply intuitive — a blend of drawing, writing, painting, channeling, and listening. Everything I create, from hand-drawn affirmations to large-scale paintings to nature rituals, is an invitation to slow down and be with the Earth in a more honest way.

I believe art is a spiritual practice. I believe the trees are listening. And I believe that flirting with nature is a powerful way to fall back in love with your Self.
