water
How will you feel anything if you don't feel what's within you?
Stop trying to understand why you feel the way you feel. Water does not explain its way around, it flows and moves wherever release calls. Like the water returns to the earth through rain drops, trust the cycle of your emotions. Just like a rain cloud, we must let the water move through us.
Water mirrors your internal emotional world to reconcile the scales. Sometimes a storm is exactly what you need, all the lightning and thunder a harbinger of clarity with rain drops as tiny warriors of release. Raging waters a ritual that brings forth stillness. Stagnant waters a prayer for movement and flow.
A woman of the water becomes a conduit welcoming intuition, visions, dreams, and JOY. When strategically contained, her emotional depth comes without complete chaos. She is emotionally resonant because she knows no emotion can be avoided, nor stay around forever.
She sits in the middle of stormy waters, raindrops on skin, and sees that the stable earth is always beneath the surface keeping her tethered to her spirit. Never attached or lost in the tides, only always flowing and supported by earth.
Just like the seasons, your feelings will come back again, cyclical and patiently awaiting your acceptance. Choose to be a woman of the water.
THE PRAYER
Let my blood turn to water and my body to land so I can remember how to flow once again.
